The peaches have arrived and they're already as bright, vibrant and juicy as ever! After a long weekend at home, my mom lovingly packed me up a bag of fresh produce from the weekend's harvest. As I worked to get back into the swing of the week, the highlight of my evening meal was remembering that I had these beauties waiting to be my dessert. Carefully selecting the paring knife from my silverware drawer that my mother gave me for such an occasion, I peeled the skin off each fresh peach and broke up the radiant orange flesh as succulent juice ran down my hands. They don't even need sugar... just a fork.
